Project Coordinator Role

We are pleased to be working with a reputable and successful construction team operating across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all on-site activities, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the Construction Program; ensuring lead times are considered.
  • Confirm scheduled subcontractors are on site and adequate resources are available; maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all sites represent our client's professional image and are established in accordance with project establishment guidelines.
  • Oversee works completion precisely in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and relevant industry standards and codes.
  • Issue non-conformance notices to sub-contractors breaching HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Contract Administrators to assist in developing comprehensive scope of works.
  • Manage site safety inductions for all staff and subcontractors.
  • Review the construction program against site progress, reporting any delays to the Project Manager and determine solutions to offset lost time.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Construction Management or trade qualifications are required.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on Commercial projects valued from $10M to $30M.
