We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Renal Outreach Unit.
The successful candidate will provide advanced practice nursing care, utilising evidence-based best practices to collaborate with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor less experienced clinicians to deliver person-centred quality care.
- Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant post-registration qualifications in Renal Nursing with at least three years' experience working in the clinical specialty.
To be considered for this position, applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, or be able to independently live and work in Australia by virtue of their own Temporary Visa.
