The Role:

  • Offer vital leadership support to Customer Experience Team Members
  • E nsure the well-being and safety of residents, team members, and facilities
  • Be the primary point for escalation, providing assistance to residents and key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within property management or customer service environment
  • Natural leader who makes informed decisions under pressure
  • Confidence in sharing ideas and adapting to business growth
  • Excellent personal presentation and organizational skills
  • Multitasking ability, prioritizing tasks and reporting to management
  • Effective communication skills with diverse range of people and cultural awareness
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members with different personalities
