About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Horticulturalist to join our team at Skyline Landscape Services. As a Horticulturalist, you will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance of our client's gardens and green spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Garden Maintenance: Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
