About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting your team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving positive return to work outcomes. You will use your leadership skills and experience to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Rehab Counsellors in delivering high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and achieve positive return to work outcomes
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Rehab Counselling or a related field
  • Registration with ASORC
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to coach staff for ongoing continued professional growth
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
  • Previous experience operating in a billing environment with set KPIs
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
