We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team. As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through email and phone interactions.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with our Retail and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Qualifications- Proven customer service skills, preferably in ecommerce or retail environments.
- Calm, confident communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Resilience to handle escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Availability from now through end of January, with flexible hours (including extra shifts during peak periods).
