We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consulting practice and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Practice Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and direction of our consulting practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant with expertise in client relationship management and project oversight, who can lead and inspire a talented team to deliver outstanding project outcomes while driving initiatives that align with market trends and our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations, while overseeing projects to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.
  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and performance.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven client relationship management, business development, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, networking, and financial management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Ecology).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in a consulting or ecology role, with a track record in business development and project leadership.
