Job Title: Advanced Business Intelligence Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Strategist to lead our AI transformation program. This contract position involves working with cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies and applying expert business analysis skills.

  • Develop and implement AI adoption initiatives across business teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing processes.
  • Analyse complex business workflows to find areas suitable for AI enhancement and address cross-functional challenges through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and run pilot projects and experiments to test AI use cases, drive innovation, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimise processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and manage project deliverables.
  • Conduct comprehensive impact assessments, develop implementation plans, and create training programs on AI tools and processes.
  • Document processes, track benefits, and support adoption across teams, driving organisational change and improvement.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, and stakeholders to stay current with AI trends and provide input on AI capabilities and business applications.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis in large technical projects/programs, with a strong commercial acumen and understanding of AI concepts.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative metrics into business benefits/ROI, with critical thinking, problem-solving, process development, research, and analytics skills.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments, delivering multiple complex initiatives with measurable business impact, and a track record of success.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI transformation, business analysis, or related fields (preferred), with experience working with Salesforce, Workday, marketing automation, and conversational AI technologies (desired).
