Civil Infrastructure Design Lead

We're looking for a passionate and proactive civil engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects, lead the delivery of civil designs, and contribute to high-impact water infrastructure projects.
About the Role:- Lead the delivery of civil designs across the full project lifecycle, including water utilities and pump station projects
- Prepare and review technical documentation to support construction and compliance
- Manage or support the design of water and wastewater infrastructure
- Strengthen client relationships through collaborative and high-quality project delivery
- Support proposal development and contribute to successful project bids
As a degree-qualified civil engineer, you bring over 6 years of experience in the water infrastructure consulting space and are certified CPEng and RPEQ. Your strengths include:
- Proven experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with Australian Standards, WSAA codes, and design tools such as Civil 3D and 2D/3D CAD
- Ability to lead or support multiple projects, balancing technical, commercial, and risk considerations
