Job Overview

This position is responsible for administering funding within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). The successful candidate will have experience in grant funding and service provision, as well as registration and delivery under My Aged Care.

The CHSP Funding Administrator will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality home support services to eligible individuals. This role includes investigating and applying for additional grant opportunities, coordinating home maintenance services, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering CHSP grants and monitoring budgets
  • Coordinating home maintenance services for clients
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
  • Investigating and applying for additional grant opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grant funding and service provision
  • Registration and delivery experience under My Aged Care
  • Certificate III or IV qualifications in Aged Care or Disability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
