Funds Specialist

As a professional in our Funds team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions and projects alongside partners nationally.
The Funds practice is a key area of our business, providing advice to clients across various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, renewables, private debt and private credit industries.
- Provide expert guidance to leading Australian and global fund managers in establishing new Australian funds, raising capital and operating funds in Australia.
- Collaborate with clients on new product and business development, regulatory change projects, remediation activities, regulator engagement, compliance uplift and ongoing strategic advice.
You will be required to:
- Bring experience gained from working in a funds, corporate or financial services regulatory practice from a leading top-tier, national or international firm, or in-house team.
- Have a passion for specialising in investment funds while building generalist expertise.
- Be motivated to learn and grow independently while maintaining a desire to mentor others and be team focused.
