Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and drive the development and launch of new products, as well as create and implement a successful strategic direction for our healthy snacking brands, Go Natural and Bounce. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an end-to-end marketing role, collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including media actions and activations, with a focus on the digital space.
- Set strategic direction, style guides, brand vision, and value propositions for both short- and long-term goals.
- Lead new and existing product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as identify new business opportunities.
- Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets, as well as stock management.
- Analyze competitor and customer insights, sales forecasts, and relevant financials.
- Report on product sales and performance.
- Degree qualified in a relevant marketing or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the FMCG marketing space, ideally within the food industry.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid communication and rapport-building skills.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, as well as product launches.
- Experience with trade shows and related activities.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive growth, always looking for opportunities to improve.
- Passionate about the portfolio and committed to delivering results.
- A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to think outside the box and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
