About the role

The Performance Digital Manager will play a key role in supporting our brands across all digital paid media touchpoints. This includes optimising omnichannel media efforts, synchronising owned and paid digital media channels, and establishing measurement expertise. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to drive growth and improve performance across digital marketing channels.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting omnichannel optimisation
  • Providing strategic media guidance
  • Enhancing measurement and reporting
  • Collaborating across teams and agencies
  • Providing data-driven insight recommendations
  • Budget advisory and allocations
  • Monitoring emerging trends and platforms

This is a full-time on-site role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on omnichannel strategies
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance across digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and data-driven optimisation techniques
  • Expertise in using digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, BVOD, Spotify Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with owned, paid media platforms, and omnichannel performance strategies
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
