About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Blackmores Group. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team in receiving, investigating, and responding to consumer complaints and quality queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a team culture of continuous improvement and agile approach to change
  • Liaise with manufacturers as part of issue investigations
  • Coach and mentor a team of two, creating a high-performing environment
  • Promote standardisation across brands and markets
  • Ensure the effective processing of customer complaints and quality queries
  • Lead the team responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to consumer quality complaints and technical / quality queries
  • Generate and distribute routine complaint reports as well as issue reports to key stakeholders as required
  • Ensure the effective processing of Customer Complaints and quality queries to agreed SLAs
  • Oversee the unauthorised product assessment process

About You

  • A hands-on, collaborative Quality leader who develops strong stakeholder relationships
  • Previous experience leading a small team, who strives to create a positive team culture
  • Previous experience within a highly regulated GMP environment and using a Quality Management System
