Job Summary:

SJ Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our office. This is an integral role that requires an individual with a proven track record in managing small office environments and possessing advanced bookkeeping skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy in wage disbursement
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support plant administration requirements, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Provide general office administration and operational support, including reception and customer service duties

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in independently managing a small office environment
  • Advanced bookkeeping skills with hands-on experience in financial management software
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related software
