Regional Service Manager

The Regional Service Manager will oversee regional performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Lead a team of support staff to ensure qualified and experienced personnel are available, manage their workload and provide guidance on performance metrics.
  • Scheduling and Allocation: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of support workers to meet clients' needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with management directives and compliance standards.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities within the NDIS sector and drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure excellent client service.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage initial assessments, onboarding processes, and provide advice to potential clients, families, and carers.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly activity, performance, and compliance reports for the Operations team.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate records and oversee records management systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
  • Brand Awareness: Represent the organization in the disability and community care sectors, building brand awareness and networking opportunities.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and growth targets to drive business success.
  • Client Support: Provide primary contact support for NDIS clients, assisting with plan development, goal setting, and budget management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Stay informed about updates to NDIS policies, procedures, and guidelines, implementing changes as required.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and internal/external teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor feedback and use insights to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oncall Duty: Participate in after-hours duties as scheduled to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
