Job Title: Project Manager

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership across all phases of project delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project success.

This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of high-quality project management consulting services.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying) would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily client interaction to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
  • Effective communication with and coordination of all project team members.
  • Negotiations with consultants, local authorities, stakeholders, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Ensuring all projects meet client scope, timeline, cost, cash flow, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of building project implementation, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality results and ensure customer satisfaction.
