Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma qualifications in Social Services/Child Protection or equivalent">
  • Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems including Human Service Quality Framework">
  • Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues">
  • Able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption) and Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)">
