Service Delivery Director

We are seeking a Practice & Quality Lead to provide direction for strong service delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to program development, enhance case management practice, and ensure it aligns with contracts and accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:- The candidate will build and maintain close liaison with stakeholders to sustain effective working relationships.
- Staff will work closely with the Practice & Quality Lead to gain and maintain a sound understanding of young people's needs based on understanding trauma, grief, loss, attachment, and child development.
- The Practice & Quality Lead will contribute to the improvement of interventions in response to young people's needs, ensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework.
- The role involves assisting with the development of a positive team environment to ensure excellent communication between team members.
- The Practice & Quality Lead will advise and guide program staff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of the scope and outcomes anticipated for each service agreement.
- Diploma qualifications in Social Services or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Assurance systems including Human Service Quality Framework.
- Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues.
