About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Media Delivery team at Scentre Group as an Administration and Purchasing Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the administrative functions, assisting with commercial delivery, and overseeing monthly reconciliation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track BAU and project finance procurement, invoicing, and tracking
  • Prepare monthly reports on BAU operating expenses and project status
  • Coordinate freight management between the warehouse and field teams
  • Support the Delivery team in scheduling assembly programs and working with partners and suppliers
  • Identify strategies for improvement and expansion across all areas
  • Work with the operations group to support day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience managing multiple tasks and delivering results in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the business
