Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administration support, including maintaining records, liaising with stakeholders, and responding to general enquiries.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and providing effective and timely administration support.
  • Display a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and discretion in all aspects of administration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong administration experience, demonstrated through a solid work history.
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements to ensure deadlines are met.
  • High attention to detail and ability to provide effective and timely administration support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Understanding of the importance of tact, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Keen customer focus and goal orientation with a proactive, common-sense approach.
