About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets and drive success across hospitals, clinics, and cath labs.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to deliver strategic sales plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and national leadership to foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and clinical credibility.
Requirements
  • Proven success in medical device sales leadership (cardiology or implantable devices experience highly regarded).
  • Track record of exceeding commercial targets and growing high-performing teams.
