Sales Team Lead

The ideal candidate will possess dynamic and inspirational leadership skills to manage a team of sales associates, driving sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeted events, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills to inspire team members to reach their full potential.
- Pursue goals beyond expectations, ensuring the team meets objectives and standards while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Manage resources effectively, developing financial plans and working knowledge of computerized systems including email and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high drive to meet objectives and standards.
- Results-oriented, pursuing goals beyond what is required or expected, while sensing others' development needs and bolstering their abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team, handling difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Retail sales experience, with degree of experience dependent on business/store size.
- Team leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills are essential for this role.
