Join our retail team and take on the role of Assistant Store Manager in Campbelltown.

As a valued member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a passionate team to drive results in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, proactive and able to work independently, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for building strong relationships.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and superannuation, plus monthly and annual incentives for sales performance achievements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a premium experience
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to drive sales and achieve results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships
