Job Overview

You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting individual targets to achieve organisational objectives and incentivising the team to meet their goals.

The role involves monitoring performance, using coaching skills to onboard and train best practices and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 Sales Executives
  • Set individual sales targets to achieve team and organisational sales objectives
  • Incentivise the team to meet their targets

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year managing a team in a B2B environment
  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
