Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a strategic sales leader to manage and grow our Business Development and Growth teams. This role offers a unique chance to take the primary leadership position in building and scaling an outstanding team.
The successful candidate will support and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within ANZ, creating innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage team pipelines and coach members to achieve success
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
- Proven ability to grow a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, additional experience with other sales tools advantageous
- Experienced in value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
