Business Partner for Operational Excellence

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Partner, working closely with Operations leaders to drive people strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a trusted advisor who can support and elevate teams on the ground.

  • Partnering with Operations leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Supporting end-to-end workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Advising on complex employee relations matters with confidence and expertise.
  • Driving performance and engagement initiatives that bring company values to life.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and policies.
  • Leading and contributing to national people-focused projects.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a HR Business Partnering or similar advisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making things better.
  • Experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (hospitality or retail a plus).

The salary range is competitive and dependent on experience.
