Regional Operations Specialist">The Assistant Director, Regional Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring safer and healthier workplaces across Australia. Working closely with the Regional Director and colleagues, this specialist coordinates and ensures the successful completion of a regulatory workload through a small team.This includes:
  • Participating as a member of the leadership team to plan, allocate, and manage regional workload delivery.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on complex tasks and organizational goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, peers, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Diploma of Government (Workplace Inspection) must be obtained within 18 months of engagement. Travel intra- and interstate, including overnight stays, is also a requirement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
  • Employee Health Declaration.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hold and maintain a motor vehicle driver license.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as needed.
