About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As an Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing our children's lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum and lead the centre's education
  • Rostered programming time off the floor
  • Educational Leader allowance
  • Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About You:

  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check
  • A passion to develop our little learners
