About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a passionate and experienced leader in Early Childhood Education. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and be able to guide and inspire quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in creating a co-learning environment where educators are partners in children's discovery.
  • Use your strong knowledge of the NQF to guide and inspire quality outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement using the Self-Assessment Tool and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Support the Educational Leader / oversee the development of play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

This is a purpose-built service in the Western Sydney community that values quality and strong family relationships. The team focuses on child-centered learning and collaborative growth between educators and children.
