Our client provides premium services across residential building management, concierge, and defect management, as well as commercial facilities. They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality results and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge and work independently to manage a prestigious residential building. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively managing contractors on site, ensuring performance meets expectations and work is completed to a high standard;
  • Maintaining all building procedures and protocols;
  • Liaising with owners, executive committee members, and service providers;
  • Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets;
  • Creating and presenting monthly reports;
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance;
  • Attending scheduled committee meetings and annual general meetings;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in building management;
  • Solid knowledge of strata schemes, statutory legislation, and WHS regulations;
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience managing defects is highly desirable;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
