The Team Lead Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner plays a vital role in empowering individuals living with disability by leading a team of experienced behaviour support practitioners to deliver high-quality, client-centred services.
About the Role:- Manage and coordinate a team to ensure consistent service delivery to clients.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client-specific behaviour support plans.
- Provide expert guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review client support strategies.

Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or a related allied health discipline.
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) in providing positive behaviour support.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards governing positive behaviour support.
