Lead a Visionary Child Care Team

We're seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee our child care centre in Western Australia.

To be successful, you'll need a Diploma of Children's Services, Certified Supervisor certificate, Working With Children Check, Police Check, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

As Centre Director, you'll lead daily operations, mentor educators, and provide excellent communication skills. You'll also have experience managing budgets, rosters, and policies.

Suitable applicants must have:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services qualification
- Certified Supervisor Certificate
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- WWCC
- Right to work in Australia
- At least 12 months experience as a Centre Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage centre budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and the community
