- Support older persons living at home in a person-centred approach.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Services Manager and other members of the Clinical Team to provide high-quality clinical care and support.
- Advocate and protect the rights of older persons.
- Engage in activities to improve gerontological nursing practice.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in Home Care Quality Review and continuous improvement.
About You:
- You will possess appropriate physical capabilities and proven organisational and time management skills.
- You will be able to work independently, lead, manage and be a team player.
- You must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- You should be competent in using Office 365 Suite and client management systems.
Requirements:
- A current AHPRA registration is essential.
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience within Aged Care or Home Care is required.
- You must be willing to attend a paid 6-day induction at our Training Institute.
