About the Position

As a Centre Sales Professional, you will play a key role in nurturing and supporting our customers and centre teams at a Centre level.

You'll be contributing to the growth and success of your customers, helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide our community with everything they need.
  • Create exceptional experiences through every interaction
  • Own and Care for your centre - ensure it is always a professional and inspiring work environment our community requires;
  • Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income.
  • Train, manage and mentor centre teams to be the best they can be.
  • Lead by example through every interaction.
