Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing personal care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care including showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance
  • Assist with manual handling and/or use equipment to support mobility
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage them in social activities
  • Perform light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of the disability sector and person-centered support principles
  • The ability to apply transferable life and work skills with a caring and compassionate approach
  • A valid driver's license and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current Police Check and legal right to work in Australia
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
