Job Overview

The role of HR Business Partner entails acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, driving commercial performance and developing strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify areas for organizational improvement, talent development, culture enhancement or employee engagement opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational challenges and develop business-driven solutions.
  • Promote the design and implementation of organizational structures, along with related change management support.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including annual performance evaluations, succession planning, development planning and compensation strategy.
  • Support the evolution and day-to-day management of job roles and compensation frameworks.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with Finance.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of Human Resources experience with proven success partnering at a Director level to drive business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, applying a business-focused approach to all endeavors.
  • Expertise in organizational design and change management.
  • Previous experience delivering talent and reward initiatives.
  • Proven foundation and knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to balance strategic delivery and operational excellence.
