Job Title

Key Aspects of the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished HR Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, effective, and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone, and email support.

  • Provide trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR-related enquiries, including:
  1. Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR-related queries
  2. Support for people or leader issues
  3. Performance management issues
  4. Remuneration and recognition support
  5. Support the job change and internal transfer process
  6. Learning/training course advice and administration
  7. Support HR Projects team in various people-related projects and initiatives
  8. Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management, including performance management, and absenteeism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
