Are you a highly organised HR professional with strong admin skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our Local Government Client is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our collaborative team and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Monday - Friday
$41.13 p/h
About the Role
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, training, reporting, and general HR operations. You'll be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate advice in line with Council policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in a People & Culture (HR) environment providing high-level administrative support
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks
- High-level customer service skills and the ability to provide accurate, timely advice
- Understanding of HR policies, protocols, and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-skill as needed
- Advanced computer skills and experience with a range of software applications
Desirable Criteria
- Class C NSW Driver's Licence
- HR or related tertiary qualification
- Experience with TechOne, Oracle or similar HRIS
