About the Role

This is a mid-level role where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping brand voices, building engaged communities, and staying one step ahead of the latest social trends. What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and manage content calendars to bring our clients' brands to life.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities across multiple platforms.
  • Create monthly reports that translate data into insights and ideas.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Stay informed about what's trending; algorithms, formats, and creative hacks.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and help push creative boundaries.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to capture a brand's tone of voice.
  • A creative mindset with a talent for problem-solving.
  • Confidence in managing communities and engaging with audiences in a way that's both approachable and on-brand.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit; someone who thrives in a team but can also work independently when needed.
