We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to lead the development and execution of our social media channels.
- Develop and manage content strategies and posting schedules to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand values.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future content strategies and optimize results.
- Partner with data analysts to define key metrics and track performance across social media platforms.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with customer journeys and business objectives.
This role will play a key part in shaping our social media presence and driving engagement with customers.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and management
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience in creative brief writing, project management, and delivery
- Sound understanding of social media channels and advertising platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering engaging content underpinned by creativity and strong business acumen
