About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, collaborating with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall business goals, conducting social media audits to ensure best practices are being used, and measuring the success of every social media campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and optimise social media campaigns and respond to community comments and enquiries.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall business objectives.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Measure the effectiveness of every social media campaign and provide regular reports to the team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and managing digital content and social media platforms.
- A strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and content categorisation and structure.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
