Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, sales, and customer growth.

  • You will collaborate closely with external agencies to create high-quality content and develop detailed briefs for social media campaigns.
  • Your responsibilities will also include coordinating internal approval workflows, ensuring all assets meet platform specs and brand guidelines, and owning day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms.
  • You will develop and maintain a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, promotional campaigns, and community engagement.
  • You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver creative briefs for social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create high-quality content.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
