At our innovative agency, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating and executing innovative social media strategies, and managing social media marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media content.
- Monitor and report on social media metrics, using data to inform and optimize campaign strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in social media management.
- Proven expertise in TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram advertising, including campaign creation, execution, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
