Our team seeks a Senior Knowledge & Technology Transfer Manager to lead the commercialisation of cutting-edge physical science innovations.

  • Evaluate and protect intellectual property, assessing invention disclosures for patentability and commercial potential.
  • Develop strategic plans to identify commercial opportunities and prepare technical and commercial development pathways for innovative technologies.
  • Negotiate complex transactions, including structuring and negotiating license agreements and investments in new start-ups.
  • Foster key relationships with stakeholders, researchers, investment partners, and industry contacts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An advanced postgraduate degree in a physical science discipline or related field.
  • A minimum 6 years of experience in technology transfer or commercialising early-stage IP.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting technical, IP, commercial, and legal due diligence.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercialisation transactions.
