Your next career opportunity

As a Senior Knowledge & Technology Transfer Manager, you'll bridge academic innovation with real-world impact in the life sciences sector. You'll assess cutting-edge inventions, secure intellectual property rights, and negotiate complex commercial deals. Working with researchers and industry partners, you'll drive the commercialisation of technologies, potentially creating start-ups and shaping the future of healthcare and biotechnology.

Your responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Protect Intellectual Property: Assess invention disclosures for patentability and commercial potential, facilitating IP protection for innovative technologies.
  • Drive Commercialisation Strategies: Conduct market analyses, identify commercial partners, and structure deals to maximise impact.
  • Lead Complex Transactions: Negotiate term sheets, license agreements, and investment deals for new start-ups, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with researchers, industry partners, and investors to promote University technologies and capabilities.
