Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to create and lead a global certification program? This role is ideal for a natural program builder with a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment.

The Certification Program Manager will set the benchmark for competency in the use of industry-leading software. Your key responsibilities will include developing learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills, collaborating with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards, overseeing the full certification lifecycle – registration, testing, issuing certifications and managing fee structures, driving awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies, and continuously refining certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms
  • An understanding of the mining sector is beneficial
