Youth Mentor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide personalized guidance and support to young individuals, helping them achieve success in their personal and academic lives.

  • Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions tailored to youth needs.
  • Develop personalized action plans to help mentees achieve their goals.
  • Offer guidance, support, and accountability.
  • Maintain records of mentee progress.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians for updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of emotional support and guidance to young individuals.
  • Development and implementation of customized mentorship plans.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reporting.
  • Effective communication with parents/guardians.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in youth mentoring or coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire youth.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
