Job Title: Youth Development Coach

Are you passionate about working with children and developing their soccer skills?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced coach to join our team as a Youth Development Coach.

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading teams of young players in matches and training sessions, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of young players in matches and training sessions
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to players to help them achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members to ensure consistency and quality across the program

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in coaching or teaching children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
