Job Opportunity for Experienced Spray Painters & Blasters

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Spray Painters to join our team in upcoming defence projects.

  • The successful applicants will be responsible for surface and paint preparation, general site maintenance, working in confined spaces, completing projects in a team environment, and following all relevant health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Industrial spray painting experience is highly advantageous
  • Prior painting, blasting and/or roll & brush experience
  • Confined space training within the last 2 years
  • National police clearance or willingness to obtain one within 3 months
  • White card
  • High risk work licence (Desirable)
  • Able to work effectively as part of an experienced team
  • Good attitude and safe working practices are essential
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification in Surface Preparation
  • Experience with heavy machinery and maintenance operations
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate from $43.50-$54 + penalties (dependent on experience)
  • Day shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm (night shift also available)
